Jay Rourke began his real estate career in the Florida Keys in 1979 and has been a trusted leader in the region for over four decades. He built and managed a chain of five high-end boutique real estate firms with locations spanning from Fort Lauderdale to Key West, gaining invaluable experience in luxury real estate and client services along the way.

Jay returned to his roots at Ocean Reef with Russell Post Sotheby’s International Realty, now Ocean Reef Club Sotheby’s International Realty, helping friends and clients find their own piece of paradise in this exclusive private community. As a licensed general contractor who also runs a successful construction company at Ocean Reef, Jay combines his expertise in building and real estate sales to guide clients in making informed, strategic decisions.

Beyond real estate, Jay is deeply committed to family and community. He and his wife, Brenda, have two grown children, Kayle and Riley, and enjoy the joys of grandparenting their two granddaughters, Eloise and Madeline. Jay also serves on the executive board of The Florida Keys Children’s Shelter and the Military Affairs Committee for Homestead Air Reserve Base, reflecting his dedication to giving back to the community he calls home.
