Megan Lyons

A trusted real estate professional and Broker Associate with Ocean Reef Club Sotheby’s International Realty, Megan Lyons brings a blend of experience, local insight, and refined service to every transaction. She began her career in 2007 under the mentorship of longtime Ocean Reef expert Jay Rourke, with whom she now partners as part of the Rourke/Lyons Luxury Group.

With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Megan’s organizational skills, market knowledge, and attention to detail ensure her clients receive a seamless and personalized experience. Within the Ocean Reef community, she is actively involved in local events and initiatives including volunteering with the Ocean Reef Community Foundation’s Annual Gala, ORCA’s Catwalk, and the Chamber’s Annual Kayak Coastal Cleanup. She and her husband, Daniel, are proud parents of two sons, Josh and Jake, who attend The Academy at Ocean Reef.
